What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at gritttees@gmail.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at [insert your support email here] with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at [insert your support email here] within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Below are the specifics:
- Goods may only be returned if they are:
- Misprinted
- Damaged
- Defective.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must also be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that you have an obligation to make purchases carefully and to ensure the order fits all your needs. A change of mind is not an acceptable reason for the return of purchased goods.
- We will bear full responsibility of errors that are due to us.
- Notification
- If you notice any defect on your purchase or any other issue with your order, please make a problem report to Us. Accordingly, you have:
- Four (4) weeks to return the item from the date you received it; and
- Four (4) weeks after the expected delivery date, to submit your claim for undelivered packages.
- You shall bear full responsibility over any return that you make to a wrong address.
- Upon receiving your problem report, Printful will send you an email notification.
- Wrong Address
In the event you provide a wrong address for delivery of your purchase, the shipment shall be returned to Printful. Accordingly, you shall take care of any expense incurred in reshipment of your purchase when you afterward provide a valid address.
- Unclaimed
- Please note that you have a responsibility to claim all returns.
- You also have a responsibility to claim all shipments of your purchases. In the event fail to claim a shipment, the shipment shall be returned to Printful. Accordingly, you shall take care of any expense incurred in reshipping your purchase.
- Printful shall donate to charity, any return that remains unclaimed after four (4)
- If you have not created an account with Printful, or provided them with a billing method, any returned purchases due to a wrong address or your failure to claim, shall not be reshipped. The purchases shall be donated to charity without any refund to you.
- For health and safety reasons, Printful shall not accept a return of sealed items.
- Payment for other Purchases
You may not withhold any payment due to us in respect of any other Goods pending the resolution of a claim for a return.
- Notification for EU consumers
- According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods such as face masks which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
- It follows; the right to refuse your return is reserved by Printful.
